Foltra Hair Labs currently offers a hair growth product containing 5% minoxidil and a nutraceutical blend. Product descriptions, images, ingredients, packaging, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit, or refuse sales of any product at our sole discretion.

Returns and Refunds
30-Day Unopened Product Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
30-Day Allergy-Related Returns
Customers who experience an adverse skin or scalp reaction may request a refund within 30 days of the original order date.
To be eligible, customers must provide:
- Their order number
- A description of the reaction
- Clear photo evidence of the affected area
- Clear photo evidence of the product
Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible under this policy.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Customers who do not achieve satisfactory results after 90 consecutive days of recommended use may request a refund under our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
To qualify:
- The product must be used for the full 90-day period.
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days after completion of the 90-day period.
- All bottles from the 90-day supply must be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds may be reduced by shipping charges, payment processing fees, handling fees, and other costs incurred by Foltra Hair Labs.
This guarantee is limited to one claim per customer and one claim per household.
We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or inconsistent with the terms of the guarantee.
